Shipping & Delivery
Orders over R1,500 qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders under R1,500 incur a flat R300 shipping fee. Full details
Orders ship within 1 business day, then arrive in 1–2 days to Johannesburg and Durban, 2–3 days to Cape Town and surrounds, and 3–4 days elsewhere. Full details

The Courier Guy is our preferred carrier, chosen to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Yes — your order confirmation email includes your courier's track-and-trace details, so you can follow it every step of the way.
We understand some occasions call for urgency — call or email our customer care team to arrange it. Subject to availability, and may carry an additional charge.
No — an order placed on a Friday or over the weekend ships, and arrives, on the next available business day.
Returns & Sizing
Yes — any unworn, unused piece can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit or exchange. Full policy
We'll collect it at no charge. Report a wrong or damaged item within 24 hours of delivery; a defective item can be reported and returned within 15 days for a refund, credit or replacement. Full policy
