30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn, unused piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items — Free Collection

A hassle-free return process — we'll collect the item at no charge under the following conditions.

Goods may be returned when defective, damaged, or if the product supplied isn't what you ordered:

  • — Defective items: report it to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, and return it to us within 15 days of delivery. Goods returned within this window are eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement.
  • — Incorrect item supplied: please report this within 24 hours of delivery.
  • — Damaged on arrival: please report this within 24 hours of delivery too.

As with any return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
