Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email sent to the address provided at checkout. Your courier's track-and-trace information is included in that email, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery

The Courier Guy is our preferred carrier, chosen to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For other arrangements or special handling, please contact customer care. Orders typically ship within 1 business day, then arrive:

• — Johannesburg & Durban: 1–2 business days
• — Cape Town & surrounds: 2–3 business days
• — Other areas: 3–4 business days

These windows may run longer for more remote areas.

Next-Day Delivery — Selected Areas

Next-day delivery is available for orders delivered to Johannesburg, Durban, and other major South African cities. An order confirmed on a business day is handed to our courier that same day and delivered the next business day within these areas.

It isn't available outside these areas — outlying and remote deliveries follow the standard delivery windows above instead. Couriers don't operate over weekends, so an order placed on a Friday or over the weekend ships, and arrives, on the next available business day.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are standard across all items. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — they can vary depending on when an order is placed, or whether it's headed to an outlying area that requires a third-party courier.

Special Delivery

We understand some occasions call for urgency. Call or email our customer care team to arrange a special delivery — these arrangements are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
